Warranty

Umbrella Source products are guaranteed to be free from defects in original material and workmanship. This guarantee includes the following:

* Frame

* Crank (if applicable)

* Tilt mechanism (if applicable)

* Housing (if applicable)

* Rib Cleats

* Valance Clamps

* Cap

This guarantee does not cover the following :

* Product failure caused by unreasonable use, misuse or neglect

* Acts of nature ( e.g. wind/storm damage)

If a defect in original material or workmanship does occur during the warranty period, Lifegaurd Umbrellas will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge.

We must have photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the box the damaged item was shipped in. Please email us pictures no larger than 300k in file size. Size 4x6 photos can also be mailed to us if you are unable to email them.

We must have the images in order to notify the shipping company and file the necessary damage claims. We will arrange to have damaged items returned and replaced. If a problem occurs after the warranty period, you may request a repair or replacement quote upon our inspection of the damage.

Freight charges both ways will be your responsibility after the warranty period. Fiberglass umbrellas are the only umbrellas with a warranty against wind damage.

5 years Sunbrella Fabrics Warranty The manufacturer of Sunbrella® fabrics, Glen Raven Inc., provides a warranty effective from the date of purchase.

This limited warranty covers fabric that has become unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot and atmospheric chemicals. In the event that something happens to your fabric, Glen Raven will supply new fabric to replace the fabric that has become unserviceable.

This warranty does not cover our labor or freight related to replacement. Length of Warranty Furniture grade: 3 years Awning grade: 5 years
